We got to move from the apartment, but we got lease till March 2010. It�s a 2 Bed 2 full bath Apartment located in Rancho bernardo area and the Apartment name "The Villas". This Apartment is walking distance to Kinder care and Turtle back Public school.

We already are staying in the apartment from almost 3 years. So, according to the rules of the villas, I overheard Carpet and Painting charges should not be on the applicable when we leave. So, the security deposit returned when leaving the apartment will be given to you.
