We are planning to start Sky Yoga (Valga Valamudan) Yoga and Meditation Classes in San Diego. The instructor is very skilled & dedicated in her teaching and is doing this teaching primarily as a service to the organization goals however she is not very fluent in English so the initial classes will be held in TAMIL or MALAYALAM only. The Sky Yoga system devised is a complete package that gives the necessary tools, techniques and principles that show the path towards self-realization in Jnana Marga. The system is based on 5 components:
1.Simplified Physical Exercises for strengthening the physical body.
2.Simplified Kundalini Meditation for strengthening the mind and merging with the Almighty.
3.Introspection for Purifying the mind.
4.Kayakalpa Yoga for strengthening the life energy or soul and essentially for delaying the ageing process.
5.BrahmaGnanam - a culminating course on Divine Philosophy.
